We are excited to bring you our A la Carte menu currently being served in The Hidden Chapel Restaurant.

Using the best locally sourced ingredients, Head Chef Daniel Peate, has created a menu full of flavour.

Daniel moved from Shropshire to Cornwall to get his career started. After working in London, Oxford and The Cotswolds he made his way to North Wales where he received 2 rosettes at Penmaenuchaf Hall in Dolgellau.

With modern European cooking at the heart of each plate, Daniel takes inspiration from all over the world to produce seasonal dishes using beautiful Welsh produce.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday 
12pm – 3pm and 5.30pm – 9.30pm
